Time Station 6 in Congress


A long road leading to a really long climb from Congress, AZ to Yarnell, AZ took the riders 4000 vertical feet, before a brief respite before an additional 3000 vertical feet before they start the descent toward Prescott.

Time Station 6 was manned by the Bullshifters club and they put together a great stop, complete with baby pool, early 20th century motorcycle and great spirits.

Dr. Michael Nehls actually brought his own camera crew and support staff of 12.

I also learned an interesting factoid: more people have stood atop Mt. Everest than have completed this race as a a soloist...
